You blink for just one second and months have flown by before your eyes! Wow! So much has happened!
So my old family is officially moved in with our new family. For the most part we get along just fine, but at other times it's like we're a mini Cheaper by the Dozen family. We are a family of 9 with three large dogs! Ahh!
But I'm really happy that we are all together. All the pain and sadness is gone from my life, and I feel so blessed and happy that I have such a great family. I don't think any of my new siblings as "step brother" or "step sister". We are all just...family. I love it.
My biggest goal right now is saving up for a MacBook. I'm going to be home schooled next year and will need a computer when I'm touring over the winter and summer with my band. That's about 1,500 dollars and my needless to say my family is poor. Like, REALLY poor. It's sad, I know, but the economy these days is awful and business is slow.
So everything is in the Lord's hands right now. He's held my hand this far and I am certainly not letting go of it. :D Thanks for patiently waiting! I will try to update more frequently!
Cancer From a Daughter's Eyes

Time Flies!
Hello everyone! Boy, does time fly or what? I have a lot to catch you up on!
So...December 4th was the first anniversery of my dads death...I spent the afternoon with my mom and we talked about various things. It was nice to spend some time with her and talk about things that happened a year ago and how things will look a year from now.
I'm on facebook now! Thats one of the reasons I haven't posted in a while. :P So check me out there!
Christmas is coming and is bringing happy spirits to my household. I always love this time of year, its so warm and happy, it always makes me smile. I love seeing all of the Christmas lights!
Spend some time with your family this happy season and be very merry! Merry early Christmas!

Happy Veterans Day
Everybody celebrate! It's a day off of school and work! Time to spend time with your families! That's what I'm doing!
Did you know that my dad was in the army? I wear his dogtag every day. It was always fun to celebrate this day with him, it was like celebrating another birthday of his. It hurts my heart when I hear about childrens dads and moms that are in the war and how much they miss them. Dad was in and out of the army before I was born thank goodness, I'm glad that he didn't die in the army. I feel so blessed that I got to spend 12 years of my life with him. :)
So today is a day to hug all your family and friends that are veterans! Spend the day together!

Wow...November already!
Happy Hallowee-oh wait. Boy does time go by fast! :)
Greetings everyone! I hope everybody is making the most out of their days! I got my report card today! Hooray! I had all A's except for one B (darn math :P) and I am very happy! I hope to make the most out of this year. Last year was a mess as you could tell if you have been following my blog. So I am very dandy!
We are settled into Mr. Mike's house (my mom's awesome husband and my new dad!!!) correction- OUR house- and we just need to moves some more big things over. We HAD someone to rent out our old house but they cancelled so we are praying for someone to rent it out. Whatever God plans....
The family is great! We are getting along quite well and we all enjoy each others company and spend lots of family time together (movie nights!). God has truly blessed me and I feel very special with a big happy family around me.
I have been trying to download pictures of the wedding onto the computer but sadly, I am PC challenged (go Macs!) and have been having much trouble doing it, but they will come! Don't worry! :)
Praise the King-Most-High!!!

One Year Anniversary
In just one day, it will have been exactically one year since I started writing this blog. How cool is that? Looking back at my old posts, I realized how much God has guided me and blessed me through times of trouble. Now, my life is pretty sweet right now. School is going by ok, I've been laughing more often, and have been getting lots of rest without having to be woken up with a quick-paced heart because of nighmares! Celebrate! Hahaha so anywho thank you to all who have been with me this whole last year and someone of you even farther than that! Kudos to you all!!! :)
